Twitodon finds the Twitter users you follow who are on Mastodon and have previously used Twitodon too, and helps your Twitter followers finding you on Mastodon.
When you login to Twitodon with both your Twitter and Mastodon accounts, it memorises the association between your two accounts. Twitodon will then match any Twitter users you follow that have previously logged into Twitodon. Since there is no way of discovering or guessing Twitter users on Mastodon without them logging into Twitodon previously, it is recommended to check back again regularly to keep up to date as more users use Twitodon.

How to revoke access
To revoke access to Twitter, use the button above. Your login session has a time limit though, so the buttons will not appear until you refresh your session by logging in again. When visible, clicking the button will completely dissociate Twitodon from your Twitter account.

Where to find your server address
When you joined Mastodon, you signed-up to a specific server (also called “instance”). This server has an URL, such as “mastodon.social”, “mastodon.cloud” or “mastodon.online”, which you should paste here so that you can log-in. You can find it in the adress bar of your browser when visiting Mastodon, or at the end of your user handle, which takes the form “@username@address”.

How to revoke access
Unfortunately Mastodon doesn't provide Twitodon the ability to revoke access directly from here, but you can still logout. To completely revoke access you need to navigate to your “Authorized apps” in “Account settings” on Mastodon, find the Twitodon app and click “Revoke”.
